While the photos are from the HQ area in Yellowstone, this quote was not made by Chief Ranger Tim Reid. The images, which are public domain and available on the park website, were forwarded by his internet illiterate father-in-law; subsequently people created their own agenda oriented narratives, such as the one in this montage, and attached the attributed fictitious quotes to Mr. Reid. Don't believe everything you read.

Quite honestly I just thought the photos were great to see was the main point here, but have no problem giving the credit where credit is due. So who took the photos? Where can we find them online via the park site? I looked and couldn't find them.

The pictures were taken by NPS photographer Jim Peaco. The comments attached to the photos are fiction from an unknown "author" and should be removed for accuracy.
