scope covers

Post by manatee21 » Wed May 02, 2012 4:28 pm

Last year I purchased a new type of scope cover I found at the Tanner Gun Show. . They were different from anything else on the market called shoot-thru scope covers, and you did just that. You could see right through them, clear as a bell. They had different lenses you could use - colors.

I talked to the guy who developed them. He had owned a sporting goods store in Colorado for some time. The scope covers are new on the market. You can find them online, not in the stores.

Guys, I had the best hunt - I hunt deer & elk in Colorado and those scope covers stayed clear and I could see right through them. It was neat. Cool concept - sure saves time when you spot that deer.

You can find them through a Google search: Shoot-Thru Scope Covers by Duck Creek Sporting Goods.

A product made in the USA, not some big name box company with stuff made in China. 10sign:

Planning on using it this year in the mountains for elk or deer... Anyone have field use with the bdc on their scopes and how simple it makes
