1#Predator camo pattern is now carried by Cabeals it is a awesome camo.
2#I like the Realtree Advantage Max-1 Open Terrain
#4 Kings Camo
#4The open country pattern by Cabelas is a very good patern for almost any where in the west
#5Mossy Oak Brush is ok

we used to set 1 guide on a hillside and another guide and hunter would go across a canyon and try to move in on some elk... most of the time ,if it wasn't for the hunter wearing good old mossy oak, the spotter couldn't find the other guide on the hillside wearing predator, but you could pick out the big dark blob that the hunter was wearing i haven't been able to put the new kings or max-1 to this type of test. it looks good but i'll still stick with the go anywear camo----predator!!
Re: What Camo brand and pattern?
I wear Natural Gear. It's a neutral earthtone and goes well anywhere. But really, it's more about knowing how to move and useing cover and shadows than anything else. I worked some terrain below a couple of hunters while I was wearing blaze orange and even though they were in elevated positions they didn't see me until I was nearly in their laps. Old habits die hard. But maybe I like the Mossy Oak Brush best just because it looks so good on me! God bless.

Like I said I have ASAT wich is real similar to Predator. http://www.asatcamo.com/ And I am realy happy with it. I think I will probably stick with it. It is an All around pattern. (Spring, summer, fall and winter)
and like what has been said if you use the cover you are in correctly it practicaly disapears. But thanks for all you guys info.

For us and i know its different down here than up there, i use something similar to natgear, its mossy oak bottomland, if you go out and look a hardwood isnt brown as most camo companies suggest its more of a grey tone with a little green and brown. So upon this if i was live'n out there now i'd go with nat gear or predator brown. just my $.02

I think it was the Big Chief tablet face camo that let you get close.
