I dropped my Swaro and now things are not as clean and clear as they used to be. Anyone ever drop a scope and have a problem like this?

i had a small spot on my swaro last year, i sent it back and it came back like new

they say that if they have to send it back to germany, it could take 3-4 months to get back, so i would get it sent back asap to be sure you have it for the upcoming season

I have never had that problem from dropping my scope; but after I shot about two boxes of shells through my .300 wsm it started to get a little foggy. Sent it in and they sent a brand new one back. They said that when it has been assembled something had happened so they replace it for free and I haven't had a problem with the new one. I have had it since 2005.

I have a very old Kahles 3 to 10 X 40 rifle scope. Swarovski owned Kahles up until January of this year. The scope was built in the 50's or 60's and S.O.M.A . said they have not seen one like it before and that it is rare. Anyhoo...the varible became loose and the screw was stripped. It was also very dirty inside. I sent it back last October and did not get it back until March. However, when I got it back, it is like brand new. Needless to say, I was very impressed! Swarovski stands behind their stuff and will take care of you. Send 'er back!!!!
