Wow, I'm even far more impressed to hear it isn't a deer from North of the ditch!

Actually there is a very long story that goes with this buck. My dad had a tag for an area near my home town and we had seen this buck earlier in the year while scouting. We figured since it was such a monster we would devote all of our time to getting him. Towards the end of the hunt my dad finally got a shot at him. When he shot, it appeared that he had missed until we went out and checked the area. We found only a few drops of blood which ended very quickly. We looked for days but could never find him. After about a week we gave up. That is until one day after school I decided it wouldnt hurt to go give it another try. Not 30 minutes into looking I found him. He had somehow crawled under a cedar tree where he couldnt be seen and I happened to walk right to him. So. . I tell my dad since I found it weeks later that I get credit for him. Haha
