I know, I know, I was alittle exited and didnt take the time or even think about really setting up a shot. I wish i would have because the canyon behind me and the rising sun would have made a great photo. I dont care though, my dad was out from iowa and he got to be with me on my first mule deer harvest so it was the second most special deer i have ever killed. Thanks dad for being with me.

Congratulations Mac... Great first muley buck.. But more importantly you and your Dad were hunting together and that experiance is something to be treasured for the rest of your life. Deer or no deer being able to spend the time together is what it is all about. My Dad was my best hunting buddy and while I lost him I have memories that I will never loose. Thanks for sharing..
