Heck of a rack. Not that it matters, but I believe to that it's a pick up rack.
No stain, Looks like the hide fell off the skull, not knife cut, and the first velvet to fall/wear of antlers is on the tip, normally.

looks like the buck died of old age. the skull look old and sun dried, but i might be (@@) but what a brut :thumb

Sweey looking deer. I hunted for antelope out east yesterday and the landowner had some mounts in his house of some bucks that were kileed out there....no idea they got that bog out east.
