I came up blank on the tags. Fortunatly enough my friends drew some good tags. I will be down on the bombing range for a Desert Bighorn hunt. Also I know 3 of the 6 california bighorn hunters tag holders for the Montanas Mountain Range. So we will see what happens.

Just found out that myself, dad, uncle and youngest brother drew Mule deer tags in 221-223. We've hunted there for both elk and deer w/excellent results. This area is just south of Ely, Nv. so anyone w/?'s don't hesitate to check w/me. Already lookin' forward to the fall season.
Later,....

I drew early season rifle tag in Area 10 (as my second choice!). I don't know the area at all (usually hunt Timber Creek in Area 11). From what I can tell, you just get high in the Ruby Mountains, away from the access roads and wait.

Any insight on early season Area 10 would be appreciated.

Good luck to everyone!

Bad news we have here, thats a bummer to all that didnt draw out. Is NV hard to draw out on all hunts/areas? I wonder what the odds are there, better luck next year to all of you though for sure!
