URGENT: DEER JERKY

Ive never made deer jerky before and i got a deer that i wanna do up into jerky. I got a dehydrator and vacuum packer. ALL i need is some great recipes. I wouldnt mind doin two different flavors either cus ive got a whole deer to do up in jerkey. Plz share any of your recipes i want to make the jerkey this weekend if i can.
