Arizon Unit 20a road snafu

i normally hunt this unit but i have decided to hunt the southern part this go around. Im considering hitting crooks canyon however, Ive notice that there is private property at the end of FR94 leading into NF82 (crooks canyon are). Does anybody know if the owner of this property allows hunters to traverese through his property in oder to continue to travel on NF82?
