Over the counter Mule deer?

is there any place to get over the counter archery mule tags? I'm talking 08, not this year. Just looking for a place that usually has over the counter tags..............

for archery you can go arizona utah and idaho, and i am sure there are a couple others!

Colorado ALL DEER tags are on a draw
Left Overs can be bought at license agents in August or on line or by phone.

Leftover tags are otc or on the net AFTER the leftover draw.

The left overs are limited for some untis if any and then there are your untis with left overs every year
There is a reason whysome untis are left over year after year
