Happy 4th of July...

Post by lifetime hunter » Sun Jul 01, 2007 2:24 pm

I was just thinking about this week being Independence Day and read another thread about thanking the Soldiers, and I wanted to share this article I received in an email,

I couldn't figure out how to post all of the pictures on here, so I looked it up, and found it on snopes, take a minute to read this.... http://www.snopes.com/photos/military/kiehl.asp

yes, it brought tears to my eyes! every town in the USA should be like Texas!

IF YOU DON'T STAND BEHIND OUR SOLDIERS...
....STAND IN FRONT OF THEM!

Thanks for posting that !!!

Its a real shame but by all the wining and gripping i hear about us being in Iraq , i think way to many people have forgotten !! :>/ I remember being in shock when i listened to the news report on the radio. In was sitting in my truck that tuesday morning in Petaluma California waiting for my first delivery to open. I felt sick to my stomach and just wanted to go home and not finish my route. I remeber calling my wife and waking her up , I could hardly talk , tears pooring down my cheaks. Just like i am doing right now . Every time i see photos of those plaines going into the trade center building i get so mad and hurt at the same time. It's good to look at the photos periodical so we NEVER forget, NEVER .

Thanks -
RobK.
