Whoever took the time to either freeze dead dogs or bring that many taxidermy mounts out for a set-up picture has too much time on their hands.
It's fake.
Look at all of the human footprints in front of the dogs. Those are the foot prints of the guy setting up the photo.
Now notice there are no coyote foot prints behind the dogs. Hmmm? I wonder how those dogs got there?
It did make me smile though, so if the intention was to get a smile, then job well done.

In ddition to the foot prints. it looks like the camera guy would probably have been hit right with the dogs.
Just remember they call it hunting not finding. It's all about the stories.
