Well, it only took 37 years...

Post by ABert » Wed May 28, 2014 2:49 pm

but we (my wife and I) are finally moving back to Colorado. Started looking for a place last year with no luck but found our new home this past week. Closing should be later next month and we can't wait. Perfect little slice of Heaven made just for the two of us with a few acres and views all around.

Here's a pic of a couple of our new neighbors:

Is that a 20" spike or what? Congrats on moving back to Colorado.....if the neighbors get to noisy, shoot the dad and see if that shuts em up.------SS

Wish I could follow that guy around to see how he develops but would probably be a bit tough as this is all private land next to the Pike National Forest. We've got 8 and a half acres and have deer and elk passing through. Can't wait to move up there in only 3 more weeks!

Signed all the paper work last week and still haven't gotten the everything unpacked. The kids and grandbabies spent the last week with us so that really put a damper on getting any progress done around the house. The wife and I are pretty wiped out from the move up and with "entertaining" the grandbabies. Sure wish I could bottle up some of their energy!

We couldn't be more happier with finally making the move back. She even went fishing the other day! Didn't fish but just enjoyed the weather, views and relaxation. Plenty more of this to come!
