You have pretty good luck!
At first I thought you made a big mistake by not putting in for the elk tag that I hunt- now I'm glad you didn't!

The unit is on fire -including a giant area that is my#1 area that I always go to and find good bulls. Just getting torched!

I'm sorry bummed out about it, I've hunted this area since I was a kid. It will never be the same. Not that I think a fire ruins a hunting area, just that it was just a beautiful area .That part will never be the same. I hope [-o< it don't ruin my elk hunting!!

Had anyone ever had their favorite area burn up before? What was your result?

where i am going elk hunting this fall (AZ 6a) was o fire a month ago so i hope that it is for better and not for worse
