FINALLY drew my buck tag in 444,3 bonus points and Grandmas land owner preference point did the trick,I can buy 2 doe tags as well.BTW my "BUDDY" drew the tag ON HIS FIRST ATTEMPT,hes gonna be draggin my buck before Im done with him!It will be nice to have a partner with a tag,it makes the hunt twice as fun,we can take 6 lopes,ought to be a blast!Expect pics after Oct 7 :222 :222 :222 :thumb

Congrats on the draw success!!! Is this supposed to be a well known unit for big bucks? either way - 6 goats in a week, that's gonna be a BLAST!!!

Over the last several years the bucks in this area have really gotten good in the trophy dept.One of our ranch's sits in this area and a 13-14" buck used to be big,last year i saw 2 HEAVY ,WIDE 15-16" bucks while hunting does thats a big buck in my book,Im not shooting one unless hes better than my best buck,a heavy 14" buck i took there 3 years ago. :222

WOW!! a heavy, wide 15" buck!!... Unless it came down to the last night of the hunt without seein him.. i'd say you better hold out for him. sounds like a heck of a buck!

Congrats on the tag, look forward to the success pictures. I got rid of some of the "GUNS" emoticons as that many 'slows' things down.
