I am really tired of guys like this. They are stealing from all of us and hurting our future too.

I worked for Eric Butt for several years, and I have an elk on my wall from Paul. I got personal knowledge of a few of the charges, and I will simply state, I severed ties with BOTH of these guys in 2004. Paul is a very talented taxidermist, I have no idea why he did this. The outfitter, who was a friend and neighbor of mine, what can I say?

It affects all who do it the right way. Both of these guys have the abilities to do it right, but took a wrong road somewhere along the way.

I used Eric in 2004...he took my daughter on a Cow elk hunt...I went along and was overjoyed when she killed a cow at 356 yrds...she was soo happy and was excited to show the CO that pulled up her cow.. :nono: .when it was all said and done...I ended up in court...had to pay a fine and was soo UNIMPRESSED by what happened...I like Paul alot and hope the best for him.. :222 .but, Mr. Butt...what comes around goes around...

I need to back track, I have always strongly voiced not condemning folks until all the facts have been presented and heard by a jury of their peers. If they are found guilty, shame on them, if they are found not guilty, shame on me for being so quick to pass judgement, my apologies.

if all allegations are true , they should get a stiff penalty , but shame on the hunters who took the game illegally too .
