This was hit by a car just a mile from my Son's house near Muncie, IN. 296lb field dressed (by Sheriff). Hit by an old lady..... photo not to good was a Cell phone photo.... sorry
Son is mad.... he hasn't seen anything like it yet .................

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but this buck was NOT hit by a car and it was not in Indiana. It is refered to as the "Amish Buck" due to the fact that it was taken by an Amish man in Ohio last year. Here are the stats on this monster:

Hunter: Jonathon Schmucker
Where: Adams County, Ohio. (crossbow)
Score: 36 scorable points, scored 300 6/8 gross and 291 2/8 net non-typical
No. 2 in the world for crossbow behind Jerry Bryant’s monster non-typical Illinois buck from 2001
(The guy in the photo is NOT the lucky hunter)

Just another example of how things can get twisted on the world-wide web.

haha, thats kinda funny. deffinatly the same buck. we all get an e-mail of something cool and 1/2 of the time it's completly off base :))

Yeah thank god you said something because i saw that same buck on the internet with the same story you have and i saw it in a hunting magazine i cant remember which magazine but i'll get back to you on that one!!
