i drew this tag so i can hunt any unit in the state of idaho
where is the best unit for 15-16inch antelope. thanks David

unit 39 that is were we see the most antelopes,we see them going between Boise and Mountain home,in foothills along the interstate. hope this helps

Great tag! 39 is good. Immigrant rd takes off of hwy 20 north of MTN Home and follows the free way back towards boise. Some of this country burned a couple weeks ago. but it would be a good place to start your scouting. A few years back I shot the state record youth antelope in unit 40. The goats are spread out in this unit so scouting is key! Also every year my buddies crazy enough to bow hunt these critters see good bucks in 41 and 42. Good luck hunting let us know how you do!
