Very nice pics.... I was jealous when chet posted his and now worse that you posted more. What a bad day to forget my camera at home. I have some lope' pics to add to the fun. Can anyone tell me if the lopes have shed their horns yet or if these are still horns from last year?

MH13,

They shed their horns in about Oct-Nov of each year, depending on the area. They are about 80% re-grown by this point. Their mass is mostly determined by this point, but they probably will grow a little more in length.

Thanks for the info all.... Sorry to hijack your post. Im not a huge antelope hunter but am definately starting to look more now. I have some good pics of some lopes' from this weekend. I found them now maybe some of you can help me judge them tomorrow. One is a very odd non-typical.
