After reading the story I had to wonder, isnt South East of Douchesne part of the bookcliffs?

I HOPE that is a good solution, makes me a little nervous they will loose the transported ones also.

Brett, I thought the same thing when I read the story the first time. But, if DWR did in fact increase the habitat, ie: watering holes " guzzlers " then mayabe the lope have a better chance.
