Idaho is not known for producing large antelope bucks, that is not to say good ones come from Idaho. This buck from the looks of the pictures(they are blurry) is just about twice his ears which should put him around 12 to13 inchs tall it is hard to tell on the mass below the cutters but he seems to be an average buck , but above the cutters he looks a little weak.

Again the pictures are a bit blurry so hard to give a real good calculation on the buck but for idaho he may not be a bad buck DEPENDING on the unit he is in.

Stickflicker may be able to give a better opinion on the buck in question.

Out of all North American game Antelope and Mountain Goats are the hardest to judge on the hoof.

The steaks look tender, plenty of meat in the loins, doesn't look like the meat will be too strong flavored.....Yeah, put him in the back of the truck. lol

They are all shooters.......Each individual determines a trophy or shooter and no body else should ever question their decision....

By all means shoot it if you want to....

Good luck finding him when season rolls around.....

Depends on how early you want to end your hunt, or if you are down to your last day. It's a smallish one, not more then 13, kind if light and narrow. If he's the best buck you see on a hard hunt, he is indeed a shooter. :thumb
