Like I said, I hope I am wrong. Just from those pictures you posted, that was my best estimate. It is hard to tell without having several different angles. Regardless of what the bull scores, he is a dandy. Not trying to take that away from you, or the woman who shot it! 10sign:

Is that an Ely bull, or further up north?

Hardway, you've been very polite and there is no offense taken. Like I said, I will try to take pictures of me actually measuring the bull but it won't be until this weekend or maybe even after that. We can make this a fun experiment.
BLC, he was taken in area 8 which is in the North East corner of the state. fatrooster.

They have been killing some huge bulls in that area for the last few years. Very nice.

I was not able to get over to my in-laws house to measure the bull. They went to Hawaii until Sunday and I've been busy. But the good news is that we are having a Big Buck and Bull contest this Saturday, December 11th at our family owned bar and a Boone and Crockett official measurer will be on hand to measure antlers. I will be taking pictures at the contest and will get pictures while the measuring of this bull is taking place. Although it will be a Boone and Crocket official measurer doing the measuring, it will not be an official measurement because of the mandatory 60 day drying period and the bull was just killed the day before Thanksgiving. But for the sake of this thread and for satisfying myself and "THEHARDWAY" I will post my findings. I would like to add that the Taxidermist took his owne measurements for fun and came up with 392". No matter what he scores, it will be cool to see where he ends up.
By the way, anybody who would like to attend our Big Buck and Bull contest is welcome. It will be held at the "Watering Hole" bar in Spring Creek, Nevada all day long on Saturday December 11th with a frr Bar-B-Q. Kids are allowed at this event but have to leave the bar at 5:00 p.m. This is not an advertisement but just an invitation. fatrooster.

No need to satisfy me man, like I said above, that bull is a dandy! That was just my initial opinion from the pictures and not seeing it in person.

Wished I lived a little closer so I could attend your get together at the bar, sounds like fun!
