Is that unit hard to hunt??

Thanks to all for your comments. I would not consider it a hard unit to hunt. I have been hunting the cow elk off and on for the last 8yrs. Kinda know my way around. My dad hunted deer in the area when I was young. Only took me a day or so to locate some bulls. I could have shot 5-10 different smaller bulls each day but was holding out for something nice. I saw this one and last light opening day but could not get a shot off. Shot him on the 3rd evening. A lot of other hunters I talked to said they were not seeing anything. Most of them did not leave the road or get off their 4wheelers. I did witness another hunter shoot an awsome older bull that scored in the 360s on opening day. His bases were 14" in diameter. Later found out that that bull had traveled over 100 miles through 3 different units. Sheds from him last year scored 390+
