Oregon east north side unit 247c

So I finally got drawn for 247c in Oregon for rifle elk. I have never hunted that area before but have done some research with biologists and such. Been checking out a lot of maps as well. Just looking for any help for this area, never killed an elk before and any insight for this area would be great.
