Just mailed in my donation to the state of Arizona. I seem to end up with a lot of small game hunting tags from a lot of western states that I don't get to use.

Is it true that in Arizona you have to pay the full price of the non-resident license in order to get a bonus point?

Thanks for the info - I guess I'll mark that off my list of states to build up bonus points in. I opened up a retirement fund and now i'm broke
