Utah public access?

What kind of public access is there in the Any Bull Elk area west of ant flat road for Archery? I'm not that familiar with the area, but am looking for some where near Ogden to archery hunt. I'm not all that concerned with getting the biggest or best of the Elk, just an area that is easy to get too from Ogden. Any recommendations and help would be greatly appreciated.
