OTC Archery elk in unit 521 or 14 Co

Looking to change areas for bow hunting. I'm looking at units 521 or 14. If I go in 521 it will be in the Raggeds wilderness by Marcellina Mtn. I have 15 yrs with no luck for elk .my family has logged in Co for almost a century so I grew up in the woods exploring (hunting, fishing, camping). I hunt with a long bow and have gotten close but just can't seal the deal. I'm 10 for 11 for deer but would sure like some elk meat in freezer.I have good info from some old timers but can't decide.
Any input would be appreciated .
