whats up with Epic

Post by SKEETER » Sat Aug 06, 2011 9:52 am

Well I ordered some XC-3 broadheads online two weeks ago. I still have not received them and my bank card has not been charged, which means that they are probably not going to be here in time for the hunt. Should have just stuck with the Muzzy's. Epic has the worst customer service people, I would not recommend them to anyone. I have sent several emails and they do not answer back. They probably are busy and I understand that, but H@@@ answer your emails and let the customer know what the h@@@ is going on.

no clue, but that doesn't sound good. 2 weeks is pretty long.

Muzzy's a good choice. Cabela's has the 6 pack for $29 :)
You can stand me up at the gates of Elko and I won't back down!

Skeeter, I know the Epic guys really well and they redesigned the broadheads this year and have been a little behind on production. I'm not making excuses for them, just letting you know what's goin on. I think there expecting a shipment anyday now, so hopefully you will get yours before the hunt.
