carbon arrow wraps

Post by For The Love of It » Sun Jul 15, 2012 9:20 pm

I was wondering if anyone else has had trouble getting vanes to stick to the wraps one can put on your carbon arrows. I have tried 3 different types of glue including aae fast fletch super glue gel and g5 vane and insert glue. Does anyone have any advise to make these stick I would appreciate it.

Never a problem...Just make sure you wipe down the wrap and vanes, I use denatured alcohol...

I use the loctite gel in the blue bottle. That has always worked well for me.
I just get it at Lowes or Home Depot

I second what Ike said. I also use denatured alcohol to wipe the vain and use NPV glue. There is no getting them off after they dry.
