Anyone know how I can get the contact information for the biologist over the North Slope of the High Uintas?

Ask someone at the Salt Lake or Vernal DWR office.

I've had decent success getting the information I've wanted getting on the DWR website and sending them an email under the About Us tab. It takes a couple days but they've always responded to my inquiries.
You can also find the direct phone numbers for the regional offices on the DWR website.
