First Archery Muley

Post by bowcrazy » Fri Feb 16, 2007 8:53 pm

Just wanted to share my first archery muley from SE Alberta in October of 2006. As usual weather conditions were not the best hot, dry and still. It was tough stalking conditions. Buck fever got the best of me early on in the hunt and botched a 40 yard shot at a 185+ deer. On the last hour of the hunt I could not pass up this opportunity. For a 52 yard shot I was happy with my first archery muley. I am going back again this year for another opportunity at a cranker muley.

Congrats!

Thats a fine first muley with a Bow, my first was a little 14'' Forked Horn.

Any critter with a Bow is a Trophy, I would be very pleased with that Buck.
