I took my boots off and used an extra thick pair of wool socks over my regular socks. This allowed me to slip in 35 yards on a bedded group of 4 high country Mulies. I arrowed the biggest buck which grossed 195 3/8. This tactic definitely worked for me.

I like the safari sneakers....got a pair this year cause I wasn't a fan of always having to take my boots off, especially since where I hunt there are a lot of rattlesnakes. And I must say I like them a lot and have let me get close to a lot of bucks.....and I used them this year when I got my buck. But I know a lot of guys like the wool socks and would totally have stuck with them if it weren't for those little slithery serpents!!
