buffalo in alberta

as far as i understand here in alberta bison are not considered in the hunting regs no draws nothing so i believe they are fair game i have also heard this from others but have not been able to confirm it so i was thinkin maybe goin out for one up north als i would have to do is hunt the boundary of woodbuffalo national park i think i might call the cos and see what they say if its fair to go after them in the governments eyes i am planin maybe a feb march hunt has anyone heard abot the bison in alberta and regs cause i aint herd s*!+

I don't know anything about the hunting. I read not to long ago, that Wood Buffalo NP has the largest free ranging herds, and spill over the park boundaries.
