Anyone have info on the shed race in Jackson Hole?

Ive been wanting to go to Jackson Hole for the antler race but cannot find any info on the internet.
Just wondering if anyone knows or have been to it??

I am going to try for the first time this year as well. If you call wyoming fish and game they will have some info for you. It sounds like fun but I am a little worried about the "race" aspect of it. I love to find horns but I sure dont like crowds, so I guess we will have to see how it goes. good luck!

I haven't been there yet either, but I will most definitely be making an appearance this year. From what I understand, they do not let vehicles start lining up until 24 hours before it opens, so you have to be there early to get a good spot in line. However, there is alot of area, so there is always a chance of finding bone even if you end up at the back. I know they were still picking up a few horns 7 months after it opened, so they don't get'em all. It opens up at 8 am too.
