Two side-by-side sets

Post by sactribe » Tue May 06, 2014 6:37 pm

I took a couple days off last week and hit the hills. I found nothing in 10 miles of hiking one of my best places but made up for it the rest of the weekend finding a nice fresh muley set laying next to each other and then a 5 point elk set from last year soaking in the snow melt. I am way behind on my count this year compared to the last two years but finally hit 50. Last year I started getting blurry eyes on windy days. Wearing shades helped a little but not enough. I picked up some goggles and that has solved my problem with the wind. Here are a few pics.

Very nicely done, side by side sets are hard to come by. 10sign:

Sweet! I haven't picked up a side by side set in years.
