I still don't believe it...

Post by sactribe » Mon Jun 01, 2015 6:32 pm

Moose have been spotted near some of the areas I shed hunt but I still have not seen one in SW Colorado. On Saturday I hit one of my favorite places and scored big time. I found 5 elk sheds, including a brown set and I stumbled across my first moose paddle! I couldn't believe it when I walked up on it and I still laugh every time I look at it. It is a 5 pound brown in great shape. I sure hope I can find the other side. I never thought I would find a moose paddle in my neck of the woods. This brings my total up to 70 on the year.
