The new hunting companions.
Got a coupld of pics of my two up and coming hunting companions. The first one is a 3yr old gelding, and the second is a 2yr old gelding. Were riding the the 3yr old this year, and start on the 2yr old next year.

That bay looks out of place back there. If you don't want him anymore or need a place to keep it, I got mty corrals!
Lost my horse a couple years ago with a big tumor in his chest. Jeeze I miss having one around! Hunting off horsebackis special. Used to hunt deer, elk and birds off him. He died at 23 yrs. I was at a brading last week and one lady showed up with the prettiest dapple grey I've seen in years. Got me to wanting again.

Actually these two are the ones out of place, we have 4 bays that all look the same. Then there are these to appys, and then we have a lepord appy that has gone complete white.
I am sure that we will have great memories on these two new ones.
I love hunting on horse back, and the best thing is that when you get something down, they do all the hauling out for you. And when if is a big bull elk, man that is nice.
