Ya, the closest pine tree is 40 miles away in the Henry mountains, or on Navajo mountain on the Arizona end of the lake!

Unless there's a "lake powell" somewhere in Montana (???)

yep, definitely not Lake Powell. At least not Lake Powell in Southern Utah, maybe somewhere else.

It looks to me like a Roosevelt Elk for sure.
