Coyote Bounty

Post by 79Ford » Tue Nov 25, 2008 8:23 pm

I heard from a buddy today that Tooele County here in Utah is offering a $75 bounty per Coyote. Has anyone else heard of this? Seems a little steep to me, but if so them i'm gonna have to go shoot me some yotes. Last I heard it was $20 but that was a couple years back.

That was gonna be my next question. I have heard everything from IFA to City Hall....... Apparently all you need to take in is the ears to collect the bounty though.

Here in Kane County you take them to the Clerk's office. The one problem we run into is they usually run out of cash in the first two weeks of the year, so first come first serve. I also heard a rumor the other day that our local BLM office was giving a bounty I need to check into it. BTW Kane's bounty is $25 per set of ears.

as far as I know it's still $20, and you have to take the whole coyote..... call Ken Madsen in Grantsville for more info.

$20 is still worth it as long as the price of gas stays down. 1 coyote would just about pay for the fuel to get out there and back.
