An amazingly small shed find
So in another post of mine I eluded to the need for a smallest shed antler contest if I were ever going to have a chance at winning a shed contest. Little did I know then, that I would take a lunch-time walk in the foot hills behind my work and happen upon this incredibly small shed antler. It's so small that at first I thought it might be a tooth. The pedicle is rather flat so I wasn't sure if it were a shed. I asked 230+ what he thought. He said yep it's a shed. I can't believe it. I've seen a small buck with stubs like it before but I never imagined I'd find a shed like this. It's my fifth ever shed antler found. I'm sure it'll probably be one of the most unique I'll ever find.
I win my small shed contest!

Are you sure there aren't any roe deer around there?
You must have some good eyes to see that shed? I have trouble seeing 5 point antlers on live animals yet alone a 1inch laying on the ground.
Nice find.

You are a born shed antler hunting freak. Anybody that can spot a shed that small is bound to put up some numbers.
