neil a dishonest outfitter i seen him lie to a client about scouting for deer saying he was scouting for 2 weeks when only 45 minutes night before client arrived.he used to send guides and clients into sask before he was licensed.doesnt scout or put much effort into any hunts.has not had a guide stay longer than a year or less because he treats like shit thats why he only does so many hunts cant get guide bad rep etc
