Congrats Arnold, that is sweet. I have hunted for over 20 years, and killed some big bucks but never a 30+ incher. I don’t know many guys that have. You should be Stoked, especially because it sounds like you spent some serious time scouting and knew exactly where he was at. Once again congrats on great buck.
I guess my hard work and scouting finally paid off. Some people get lucky and kill big bucks off the road, but this isn’t how I hunt. I put a lot of time and "miles" into my hunting and it feels good to accomplish the 30"+ goal. Thanks for noticing!!!!
I totally agree with your hunting habits. Road hunting isn’t true hunting. Some people have to because of handicaps but most just don’t want to put in the effort. The "miles" comment has a lot to do with successful trophy mule deer hunting!
