ahah yea i definately agree with hyperlite. This is a hunting site to look at that unbelievable buck and comment on it, not the girl. Nice deer though im in awe.
wow-i have seen many magnificant bucks in my time and i am 13. i was wandering if u ever shoot white tail cuz we have plenty here in south dakota. we dont get very many deer hunters but the deer here arent around people and r harder to get close to.
This is the "Mundy Buck" that was killed in the early ’60s in Chama New Mexico. Aly Matthews (I’m pretty sure it is NOT the person in the picture) owns the rack, which I assume he purchased from Mundy’s. The scores Aly showed are accurate. The reason that the Typical score doesn’t place it as the Typical B&C world record is because the extra points it has are actually deductions from its Typical score (but additions to its Non-Typical score), so it falls below the Burris buck, which is the World Record Typical at 226" and change.
Also, this buck is very highly regarded in the Muley world. Due to its typical frame and its great spread (especially the INCREDIBLE typical frame), it is considered one of the greatest mule deer ever taken, even though it doesn’t approach either the typical or non-typical world records.
So who really shot that deer????? you really did a good job. Ive taken some really nice bucks here in Lordsburg NM maybe we should go huntin together some time. Email me at boogie_boy54@hotmail.com
HEY THATS THE BIGGEST BUCK I’VE EVER SEEN AND WILL PROBABLY EVER SEE. GREAT JOB!!!!! I LIKE SEEIN YOU GIRLS GO OUT THERE AND DO BETTER THAN US GUYS (NOT REALLY)
49 3/8" wide
246" typical frame and nets 288 6/8"
Just was wondering what state this dear came out of and the year it was harvested.
