Hank Moore – California Blacktail 2007

I’ve seen this deer and read the stories. I know a guy in california that has killed deer twice that size in the same zone but never had any stories because he scores them as mule deer. I think its because of the B&C guidlines. How is this a Blacktail? I thought The sacramento river was the boundary?
