This is actually NOT an albino at all. It is a black bear, which can be a dark black, cinnamon brown, or there are an estimated 800-1200 of the cream color individuals which you see here. Simply a cream-colored North American black bear. Also known as the "Spirit Bear", it is the provincial animal of British Columbia.
Is that one of those Kermode "blue bears?"
it is a kermode but the blue bear is the glacier black bear this is almost albino.
