Here is a photo of the largest buck (antlers) I have ever personally seen taken by someone I actually know…my dad.† His name is Norris Berthelot and he shot the buck in 1967.† Back then no one ever mounted a deer and the rack ended up in the barn nailed to the wall to hold bridles and other tack.† It hang in there for a few years until my dad tried to take it down and the skull broke in half.† He was going to throw them away but a friend asked if he could have them.† No telling if they exist any more or have been attached to a mount and are hanging in some cabin.† The deer was shot near Buffalo Peaks in Colorado.† Andy Berthelot
