That is a great buck indeed, but bucks like that are hard to comeby in this state, you have to work really hard to find a buck like that during deer season, or have good luck, nice buck.

Washington does have its nice bucks, but from my expierience, its public lands crawl with hunters, the non-resident tags are too expensive and the season is too short, and you only see bucks like that when it isnt hunting season

I have hunted Eastern Wash. muleys for many years. I have seen several bucks of this caliber,180 plus...BUT! you either have to go above 6,000ft. or hunt private land by written permission. I am lucky enough to hunt private land around the wheat fields of Lincoln county. Believe me, there are some big deer in this state. I own a rack that measures 221 3/8 NT. It was shot in the Okagnogan in the early 70's. Once he is mounted and scored officially he will be number 11 for NT.

Guys.... I have hunted public land muleys in Washington for for 13 years. Every buck I have harvested is over 20 inches with several 25-27 inch catagory. They are out there. Do your research and some scouting. Hard work pays off. Don't be afraid to walk a few miles.

Sssshhhh...keep the road hunters on the road. It's better for me. Conversly, I've met guys who are just plain lucky getting a four pointer on opening morning with the truck still running!I
