The info provided in the proposal is telling in how wolves spread faster then wildfire and how quickly and negatively they effect the elk herds. Hopefully this will pass and not be too little to late. Also, I could really get behind this if they would make an addendum that promises Idaho will come to Utah and pick up all their stray wolves that have wondered down here. :)
