2 CO Men Busted capturing elk & Deer for High Fence Hunts

Men Accused Of Trapping Deer, Elk On Ranch For Hunting
Men Charged Hunters Fee, According To Indictment

ROUTT COUNTY, Colo. -- Two men face felony charges for allegedly trapping deer and elk on a ranch and charging hunters to kill them.

The federal indictment against Edward Kruse and Sean Sulzner alleges the men used ramps to get the animals onto their ranch where they trapped them with a fence 7 feet high. Federal officials say the scheme went on for four years and accuse the pair of charging hunters hundreds of dollars at a 620-acre ranch between Steamboat Springs and Hayden.

Officials say that by building the ramp and the fence the men were stealing the deer and elk from the state of Colorado.

Both men are due in court on April 24.

If they get convicted of the FELONY charges that they are being charged with. They wont be able to own firearms anymore among other rights they will now loose not to mention prison so if they were to throw FELONY charges on every poacher than maybe people would stop doing crap like this.
